1) Ruster Shock ~ A stronger version of static cling.

2) Lightning Lunge ~ Ruster uses his lightning powers to increase his speed to go faster than normal. (Used a lot when he was around 5 or so, rarely used now)

3) Ruster can shoot lightning from some of his body parts.

4) Lightnengan A.K.A. "Ball Lightning" ~ Some say that ball lightning is a mere hoax or a myth...it's a ball of atmospheric electricity that sometimes appears during thunderstorms. Ruster is the only one to be able to use this rare and original move. Learn more about ball lightning here -> [link] . Also, Ruster can form a ball of lightning in his hand (like naruto and the rasengan) and project it at an enemy or can even keep it in his hand and strike the enemy with full force.

5) Ruster Rumbler ~ With a clap of Ruster's hands (while lightning is surging through his hands), Ruster cna create a large thunder soundwave.

6) Along with Ruster shock, Ruster can use his lightning to glue himself to most surfaces (ex: a wall inside eggman's base or the back of a giant robot). He can also use his lightning to attract or repel two or more objects or people.

7) Ruster's naturally has fast attacks, but he can sometimes use his lightning to give his attacks more speed and power.

8) Ruster can absorb energy from other people by using dark lightning (dark side of the force A.K.A. sith lightning) however, Ruster only uses this when in his dark super forms.

9) Ruster has control over the lightning of thunderstorms and/or lightning storms when one occurs.

10) Static Shield ~ A barrier of lightning surrounds Ruster and shocks anyone who comes near.

11) Lightning Claws ~ A mix between knuckles and wolverine in a way. Two lightning bolts appear between Ruster's knuckles and can be used similar to wolverine's claws. When Ruster stabs a bad guy, the claws zap the foe and paralyze them for about 10 minutes or so. If he puts the claws in water, all in the water get electricuted.

12) Ruster's head and chest hair can absorb other lightning or lightning-like energy and redirect it at the enemy. (the redirected blast is similar to Ironman's blasts from his hands and chest)

13) Thunder Dragon Punch ~ Similar to SS3 Goku's Dragon Fist...only with more lightning! Ruster absorbs the lightning of a thunderstorm/lightning storm and explodes at the enemy with a huge finishing blow. The lightning takes the form of a giant dragon head (LAME X.X)


(11-13 were developed when Ruster decided to train with some of those heroes to gain new powers)
